ZIBRIO Predictive Fall Risk Assessment Technology

With our new ZIBRIO scale, we can conduct a 60-second assessment to generate a personalized “Balance” score, measuring postural stability and fall risk. Our clinicians and residents can then implement this score to track balance and encourage healthy behaviors

Outpatient Rehabilitation

This is therapy that fits your schedule. Outpatient rehabilitation is a great choice for individuals who need rehabilitative services and are able to stay in their own home following an illness or injury.

A full kitchen and bathroom for patients to work on improving their activities of daily living

LSVT-LOUD® for patients with Parkinson’s disease, or complications following a stroke, such as speech or swallowing

A Pro Gym® for fitness and strength training

A Biodex Gait Trainer® treadmill and Unweighing System for walking with partial weight-bearing

Parallel bars, treadmills, and balance boards available to assist with balance, and flexibility

A Fluidotherapy machine for massage therapy and application of dry heat to injured areas

An Elite Cardiac Walker® for enhanced support with exercises after hospital discharge
