Monthly Fees

Transparent monthly fee, often comparable to, or lower than, previous home costs

Access to amenities, housekeeping and linen service, most utilities, transportation, 24-hour security, and daily activities

Dining plan with 30 meals per month

Entrance fees start from $657,460 for a one-bedroom, up to $1,986,186 for a three-bedroom.

Monthly fees start from $5,685 for a one-bedroom, up to $8,796 for a three-bedroom.
