The Osborn is known for its warm, professional staff. Whether you are working with us as an outpatient to gain strength and flexibility following an injury, or as an inpatient after hospitalization for surgery, stroke, or other medical issues, our experienced therapists provide specialized physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Our Speech Language Pathologist is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT LOUD®) for patients with Parkinson’s disease and those with general speech and swallowing issues. The Osborn also has certified LSVT BIG® therapists to help patients who have Parkinson’s or other mobility issues improve their fine and gross motor skills.
We also offer ZIBRIO's predictive fall risk assessment technology. With just 60 seconds of standing still, the ZIBRIO scale will generate a personalized "Balance" score. The device provides a simple, objective measure of postural stability and fall risk that easily fits into current clinician workflow, and can also be safely used by residents independently to track their balance and encourage healthy behaviors.
ZIBRIO empowers the community and assists in coordinating care through the adoption of a new universal "vital sign" and data-drive, personalized education.
