The Osborn’s Edward C. Pasciuti H.O.P.E. Center for Memory Care, located on our gorgeous 56-acre Westchester campus, continues our commitment to providing the highest-quality senior living experience and care. Through our innovative H.O.P.E. Program, which stands for Home Environment, Optimism, Passion, and Empathy, caring professional staff and family-style living ensure a safe, positive environment for older adults with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Home Environment
The H.O.P.E. Center features 13 private rooms with private baths, a community kitchen, a great room with fireplace and entertainment center, a creative arts center, and a bright and airy sunroom. Just as they would at home, residents are able to choose their favorite activities, such as listening to music, watching movies with friends, and walking in the beautiful, secure garden.

Staff members have a shared passion for enriching the lives of residents and their families. Our experienced staff

We get to know our residents and learn more about them from their families and friends. With this in-depth knowledge, staff members are able to understand each resident’s life story and appreciate their feelings and motivations.
