Are Saunas Good for Your Brain?

What is better then pampering yourself and getting actual health benefits?  How about indulging in a nice sauna to relax AND keep your brain healthy.  A study out of Finland finds you can potentially accomplish both!  In the NYT Nicholas Bakalar delves deeper into this study in "Are Saunas Good for the Brain" along with other potential benefits besides brain health!
