General Visitation Information
We are excited to inform you of some changes regarding masking requirements at The Osborn. Due to low transmission and positivity rates in the Westchester area, staff, residents and visitors will no longer be required to wear masks in certain areas of The Osborn. The following describes the rules for each area:
Pavilion Skilled Nursing Center
We are glad to be able to accommodate visitation with your loved ones. The NYS Department of Health no longer requires masks to be worn in skilled nursing centers during visitation. Although mask wearing is optional state-wide, there will be occasions if there are positive COVID-19 cases in the Pavilion, masks will be required. Please check upon entry. Thank you.
Please do not visit if you are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms. If a visitor would like to wear a mask, of course they still have that option. Please continue to to sanitize and wash hands regularly to reduce the spread of germs and viruses.
Although visitation is open, we do recommend you come to see your loved one between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Please help us ensure a safe, pleasant visit with your loved one. If you have any questions or need assistance or accommodations, please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member.
Osborn Assisted Living and H.O.P.E. Center
