General Visitation Information
We are excited to inform you of some changes regarding masking requirements at The Osborn. Due to low transmission and positivity rates in the Westchester area, staff, residents and visitors will no longer be required to wear masks in certain areas of The Osborn. The following describes the rules for each area:
Pavilion Skilled Nursing Center
Visitor Information
We are glad to be able to accommodate visitation with your loved ones. In order to ensure the utmost safety for you and your loved ones, and in accordance with the NYS Department of Health regulations and Centers for Disease Control recommendations, we ask that you please follow the below for a safe and successful visitation.
Masks are still required at this time. We will continue to evaluate this and decide in the future if masks can be removed in any or all areas of the Pavilion. If a visitor would like to wear a cloth mask, it must be worn over the surgical mask, KN95, or N95.
Although visitation is open, we do recommend you come to see your loved one between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Please help us ensure a safe, pleasant visit with your loved one by adhering to the mask wearing requiring requirement and and infection control requirements. If you have any questions or need assistance or accommodations, please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member.
