When you look at making a move to independent living at The Osborn, you can choose from different apartment floor plans, or select a beautiful Garden Home.

Your Entry Fee is 100% refundable if you transition to a different level of care. You can also choose a rental option in our main building, close to restaurants and programs. Of course housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, parking, and all programs are included in your monthly charges. As a fee-for-service community, you won’t pay for what you don’t need. But you know what you do need is right there for you!
