Presenter: Dr. Oh-Park
Dr. Oh-Park is the Chief Medical Officer and SVP of Burke Rehabilitation, Montefiore Health System, White Plains, NY. She is an expert in the rehabilitation of the aging population and has authored multiple publications on the subject. Her unique approach involves patients and caregivers as active agents supported by meaningful technology.
Dr. Oh-Park serves as Chair of Age-Friendly Care in Rehabilitation at the American Academy of Physical Medicineand Rehabilitation (AAPM&R). She authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on geriatric rehabilitation, musculoskeletal health, and the use of technology in fall prevention. She was also featured in “30 Ways to Keep Your Muscle System Healthy” by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) in January 2025.
Dr. Oh-Park is a passionate advocate for older adults, working to preserve their dignity, independence, and social engagement. Dr. Oh-Park’s contributionshave been recognized with the 2024 AAPM&R Public Service, Health Equity, and Advocacy Award and the 2024 Outstanding Service Award by the Association of Academic Physiatrists.

Robert D’Elia is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with over 23 years of experience in rehabilitation services and post-acute care. He currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation at The Osborn, where he oversees sub-acute, long-term, and outpatient rehab services. Robert has held senior leadership roles across regional and corporate levels, leading interdisciplinary teams, enhancing clinical outcomes, and spearheading strategic partnerships aligned with value-based care. He holds advanced degrees in Physical Therapy and Health Services Administration, and recently completed a certificate program in Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership from Harvard Medical School.
