Osborn Home Care opened its Connecticut Office at 125 Mason Street in Greenwich, Connecticut, last month and has welcomed Laurie Pensiero as its Business Development Manager for Fairfield County. Osborn Home Care has been offering home care services in Westchester County since 1996; it received a Homemaker Companion license for Connecticut last year.
“The downtown Greenwich location is a perfect home base for serving the hospitals, medical practices and community organizations that refer people to Osborn Home Care,” said Michele Thomas, Executive Vice President of Osborn Home Care. “The timing couldn’t be better for Laurie to join us in reaching out to these important partners.”
Laurie Pensiero, a longtime resident of Stamford, CT, has worked in area healthcare organizations including Stamford Hospital Medical Center, Norwalk Hospital, Doctors Express Urgent Care (Stamford) and Fairfield Family Care. She is also a trained first responder and an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) with Darien EMS Services.
“I am so pleased to be joining Osborn Home Care at this point in my career,” said Mrs. Pensiero. “Not only do they have the highest standards of training for their aides, the quality of The Osborn organization comes through in the level of service that our clients receive.”
The number of people who choose to age in place is rising steadily as the current generation of active seniors re-defines retirement. “We have many residents from Greenwich living in various levels of care on our Rye campus,” noted CEO Matthew Anderson. “Now we are able to bring the same quality of care to people who prefer to remain at home.”
