Mayor Joe Sack came to The Osborn earlier this month to address the Sterling Park Residents Association monthly business meeting. Sterling Park is the Independent Living community at The Osborn. The Mayor gave residents a brief history of the City of Rye and explained the evolution of its governmental structure. He also provided an update on current projects and fielded questions from residents on a range of issues. The Mayor's father, also Joe Sack, attended the meeting as well.
