Rob D'Elia, MSPT, MHA
The Osborn welcomes Robert P. D’Elia, MSPT, MHA, to lead Rehabilitation Services at The Osborn Pavilion. The Osborn provides physical, occupational and speech therapy in a bright, modern rehabilitation center on its Rye campus. The center serves patients on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
Mr. D’Elia brings a decade of professional experience in the field of rehabilitation services. His most recent position was at Theradynamics, which encompassed two large skilled nursing facilities. He began his career as a physical therapist at Kessler Institute for rehabilitation. In addition to overseeing therapeutic teams, he has deep experience with quality control and compliance.
Mr. D’Elia has also served as an adjunct faculty member at New York Medical College, where he got his M.S. in physical therapy. He holds an M.S. in Health Services Administration from Iona College.

Range of Professional Services
The professional staff at The Rehabilitation Center at The Osborn Pavilion includes physical and occupational therapists. They work with patients after joint replacements, injuries or illnesses, or who need to build the strength and flexibility to be competent and confident managing their daily tasks of living.
The Osborn Rehabilitation Center also offers specialized therapeutic treatment for patients with Parkinson’s disease or speech and swallowing issues. Kathy Kennard-MacKenzie, MA, CCC/SLP is certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment.
