The Right Way to Fall

Do you know the right way to fall? Did you even know that a right way to fall exists?  Well, it does!!  Which is good news because who hasn’t fallen at some point in their life – and with a winter storm about to hit New York, now might be a good time to find out the best way to fall with the least amount of injury possible.

Most of us associate falling with older people but in fact falls occur at all ages for all different reasons. In fact, it is one of the most common reasons why people visit the emergency room.  Kate Murphy’s NYT “The Right Way to Fall” could have the answers you need to prevent disaster when you feel yourself heading towards the pavement.
